Our Vestibular Therapy Includes:
- Vestibular Rehabilitation Therapy (VRT): VRT is a specialized form of physical therapy that focuses on exercises and activities to help improve balance and reduce dizziness. These exercises are designed to help the brain compensate for any deficits in the vestibular system, leading to improved overall function.
- Canalith Repositioning Maneuvers: These techniques involve a series of specific head and body movements designed to reposition displaced crystals in the inner ear, which can cause vertigo and dizziness. By performing these maneuvers, patients can experience relief from symptoms and improve their balance.
- Balance Training: Balance training exercises are an essential component of vestibular treatment, helping patients improve their stability and reduce the risk of falls. These exercises may include standing on unstable surfaces, walking in different directions, and performing specific movements to challenge the vestibular system.
- Home Exercise Programs: To complement in-clinic therapy sessions, our vestibular treatment programs offer home exercise programs for patients to continue their progress outside of the clinic. These programs are tailored to each patient’s specific needs and may include a combination of balance exercises, gaze stabilization exercises, and relaxation techniques.

What Patients Say About Cranial Pain Solutions…
I have hEDS, fibromyalgia, and POTS, and Sarah has been incredibly knowledgeable and understanding about how to work with my body rather than against it. She uses a combination of myofascial release therapy and dry needling to help manage the pain, tension, and other symptoms that come with my conditions, and I have consistently felt the benefits of her treatments.
Honestly, my body felt better the second I knew it was going to be back in her hands. I trust her immensely, and I appreciate that she listens, adapts treatments to what my body needs that day, and genuinely cares about helping me feel better.
I cannot recommend Sarah highly enough. If you are looking for a PT who is compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly invested in her patients, she is absolutely someone I would recommend!
I get immediate relief after each appointment, and I always leave with helpful tips and advice for continuing to improve at home. Debbie does an excellent job explaining the treatment, why she’s doing it, and what the next steps are. She is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cares about helping her clients feel better.
I highly recommend Debbie for treatment!
I was so fortunate to have found Dr Debbie. She is an amazing PT. I felt from my very first appointment that she really cared about me and my diagnosis. After just a few visits, I stated to feel much better. I can not recommend her highly enough. I am so much better and can not ever sing her praises high enough. You will not be disappointed !!!
After moving to North Carolina 7 months ago,
I haven’t been able to find anyone with the same level of expertise or hands-on care.
I gladly travel back to Ohio for appointments because the results and patient experience are worth it. If you’re dealing with similar issues, I highly recommend seeing Dr. Clarke. (Coming from NC, but absolutely worth the trip!)
The office itself is calm and peaceful with a lovely receptionist. You feel a sense of relaxation as soon as you enter the space. I am forever grateful to Drs. Clarke and Boyle for all the excellent care they provided to me.
I'm so grateful to have the support and care from this team. You will be in the best hands, literally! It's healing to be in a place where people genuinely care about you and your well-being. I'm looking forward to the growth their business in destined to achieve, and making pain relief available/affordable for everyone!

Update: They genuinely care! And truly that's all you need to know! I'm aware my circumstances aren't unique, so the empathy and persistence to resolve the situation really means a lot to me. I could have just been another number, another body in and out of the facility. But everyone was involved in finding a resolution and I'm very grateful for the second chance!

Disappointed due to lack of flexibility and understanding. This service is extremely helpful and expensive because it's out of pocket! Still, I took the time off work and allocated the funds for my wellness, so you can imagine my distaste when I'm told I'll be charged a $125 cancellation fee because I have to stay home with my puking, sick child. Trust me, I'd bring him if I could! So now my $195 appointment costs $125 and all I got was a bucket of puke and I'm out the money to make it happen. I guess they'd rather have their $125 than a regular attending patient. This world is SO HARD already, why do you have to punish already suffering humans for what is out of their control?!? Three stars indicates basic service expectations were met and nothing above/beyond. Five stars could be achieved if they demonstrated more flexibibility with scheduling and grace for emergencies. Ultimately, I recommend their services if you KNOW life won't throw you a curve ball and mess up your schedule - otherwise you're at risk of losing money and only gaining stress.
Following a bunch of dental work, I dealt with chronic TMJ / neck tension that I couldn’t get rid of no matter what I tried. I got several dental bite adjustments, tried a mouth guard at night, etc. Heck, even got my wisdom teeth out to try and fix it! Nothing worked. I had a ton of tension and an off-balance/dizzy feeling almost daily for 2 years! It was terrible.
After learning that TMJ could cause these symptoms (I had no idea), I searched the internet for solutions. I found Cranial Pain Solutions and booked an appt with very little hope that this could be fixed.
I worked with Adelyn who was really great at listening to all my concerns / symptoms and helping me narrow down the root cause of everything. We did a combo of dry needling and myofascial release. To my surprise, in just a few sessions my tension had almost completely subsided and I was able to experience tension free days for the first time in years! I truly had no clue that muscle tension could cause all the problems I was experiencing daily.
I'm super happy with my experience and highly recommend PT for anyone dealing with similar things as I did!
I can not believe the difference the PT made in relieving my pain. I had several office visits and home exercises which help tremendously. I am very thankful for Dr. Sarah’s expertise in this field.
I’ve suffered from TMJ for over a decade and after exploring every avenue, I wound up at UC with my final options being PT (through a corporate PT company), steroid injections every three months followed by surgery if no improvement. I attended PT as recommended and saw virtually no change - important to note that this type of PT was a quick in and out, copy and paste regimen that was not led by anyone after they “taught” me stretches the first time. I really didn’t want to begin steroid shots for the rest of my life and wanted to find a more natural approach, and that’s when I discovered Debbie.
I’ve been seeing Debbie for almost a year now and the improvement with my TMJ issues is truly incredible. Before seeing Debbie, I lived with migraines round the clock, I couldn’t eat basic foods without my jaw having spasms and me holding it with tears and I had to cut sandwiches and burgers into small bites and shove it in my mouth because I couldn’t open my jaw up wide enough.
The first few sessions with Debbie I was hopeful, but didn’t see an immediate change. After about three sessions, it was like the floodgates opened and the pain and tension just started draining away. I had a decade plus of clenching, grinding and damage that needed help being undone before a difference was noticed. I believe it’s important to mention this and be honest because if you do go and see Debbie, don’t give up if the first few sessions don’t solve your pain. Be consistent and trust in the process and I promise you will be so glad you stuck with it!
Debbie also cares about you not only as a patient but as a person. She genuinely cares and is so kind. Every visit she starts by getting new measurements, discussing your concerns and setting a new baseline. There is no copy and paste session because she is always modifying your appointment based on what changes and symptoms you are exhibiting. She advocates for your health alongside you and we all know how hard that is to find with healthcare professionals these days. I cannot overstate how vital Debbie has become in my health journey!
I will also note that my husband has chronic back pain and he sees Tina through the office as well. While I cannot attest to her services, my husband has stated how much of a blessing she has been for him. He use to complain multiple times an hour how much pain he was in and couldn’t hold our young children or walk far without his back seizing up. I owe Tina a huge thank you for seeing the change in my husbands physical and emotional demeanor and helping him get his life back.
This is the place for you!
She brings a unique skill set, and during your time with her, she does a very nice job of educating you about your situation. She provides exercises that you can do at home to progress between your visits with her.
We were very pleased to see the progress my daughter made.
