Adelyn Boyle, PT, DPT, CMTPT/DN, is a seasoned physical therapist with a robust background in manual therapies and chronic pain management. With a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Mount Saint Joseph University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Dayton, Adelyn is well-versed in a multitude of therapeutic techniques. She is certified in dry needling, having completed Myopain Seminars: Dry Needling I, II, and III, and holds a credential as a Clinical Instructor through the APTA.

Adelyn’s training also includes the Complete Vestibular Rehab Certificate Course, an evidence-based program designed to improve balance, reduce fall risk, and end dizziness, alongside advanced balance courses (Level I, II, III). In her practice, she tailors personalized treatment plans to effectively meet the unique needs of her patients across areas such as orthopedics, sports medicine, neurological conditions, and women’s health. Her expertise in trigger point dry needling proves particularly effective in treating complex conditions like chronic pain, headaches, TMJ dysfunction, and neurological spasticity.

Active in both community outreach and clinic marketing, Adelyn’s commitment extends beyond treatment rooms to actively engage and educate her community. Living in West Chester, Ohio, she continues to invest in the well-being of her patients while enjoying her time with family and friends, enriching the local community with her professional and personal contributions.

This place has made the biggest difference on my TMJ issues! When I was coming here a few times a month my TMJ got so much better that I hardly even noticed it anymore! Dr Adelyn Boyle is great at what she does and also very friendly and easy-going. Will be happy to go back to her when I can afford my next visit. Only downside is I cannot afford the care with my income even if i'm only going about once a month. Its quality care and definitely worth the money if you can afford it

Sarah is truly an exceptional physical therapist. I originally saw her at a different PT practice, and the difference her treatment made for me was so significant that when she moved offices, I actually sought her out so I could continue working with her. I have hEDS, fibromyalgia, and POTS, and Sarah has been incredibly knowledgeable and understanding about how to work with my body rather than against it. She uses a combination of myofascial release therapy and dry needling to help manage the pain, tension, and other symptoms that come with my conditions, and I have consistently felt the benefits of her treatments. Honestly, my body felt better the second I knew it was going to be back in her hands. I trust her immensely, and I appreciate that she listens, adapts treatments to what my body needs that day, and genuinely cares about helping me feel better. I cannot recommend Sarah highly enough. If you are looking for a PT who is compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly invested in her patients, she is absolutely someone I would recommend!

I worked with Dr. Adelyn Boyle for dry needling sessions. I struggle with chronic migraines and the swelling in my jaws from teeth grinding. Adelyn has helped me manage inflammation through dry needling and it has decreased the severity of my pain and headaches tremendously. This works better than any medication and I plan to see her upon flare ups but my treatment here has given me more hope than any doctor office has. It’s a really relaxing experience and I’ve learned a lot to help myself at home when struggling with a migraine or TMJ. I recommend trying this out if you struggle with migraines or chronic pain 100x over.

I’ve been seeing Debbie for years and truly can’t say enough great things about her! From my very first appointment, she took the time to ask thoughtful questions, thoroughly evaluate my symptoms and concerns, and really understand what I was experiencing before developing a treatment plan. I get immediate relief after each appointment, and I always leave with helpful tips and advice for continuing to improve at home. Debbie does an excellent job explaining the treatment, why she’s doing it, and what the next steps are. She is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cares about helping her clients feel better. I highly recommend Debbie for treatment!

She is so kind, and professional, but more important she really cares about her patients!!! I go to her with pain and leave feeling so much better! I saw Dr. Sarah Begley to resolve a problem that I had spent thousands of dollars on diagnostics copays. After changing hospital groups, the new ENT doctor recommended a trying a myofacial release procedure after exhausting conventional treatments to correct my ear blockage. Dr. Begley’s care was excellent, and she spent time assessing my previous treatments and understanding what had been tried previously. I had several visits that combined needling therapy and muscle release. I’m very thankful that my ear blockage was finally resolved and has been cleared since my last visit. I highly recommend Dr. Begley, she is very thorough and knowledgeable. The office staff is helpful too with follow ups and appointment reminders. Thank you!

Dr. Debbie Clarke at Cranial Pain Solutions is exceptional. Her expertise in craniofacial Physical therapy and skilled manual techniques, bring me real relief for my chronic daily headaches, neck, and jaw pain. After moving to North Carolina 7 months ago, I haven’t been able to find anyone with the same level of expertise or hands-on care. I gladly travel back to Ohio for appointments because the results and patient experience are worth it. I am so grateful to have received PT at Cranial Pain Solutions. Six months ago I could not imagine that I would be able to return to my active life. Pain was the word of the day which prevented me from doing many of the activities I enjoy...walking the dog, working out at the gym. It is only through the knowledge, expertise and efforts of Drs. Debbie Clarke and Adelyn Boyle that I have achieved these awesome results. My first appointment was with Dr. Clarke and I remember how very gracious, kind and caring she was. I’ve had such a great experience seeing Dr Clarke. I presented with months of pain that didn’t go away despite trying many different things. Dr Clarke took the time to listen which is critical for patients with chronic pain, and the treatment worked wonders. After just a few visits, I’m totally pain free.
